Rachel joined the Lakeshore Employee Benefits team as a Client Support Assistant in July, 2023. She provides administrative support for the entire team and helps keep things organized. Rachel has worked in various Communications, Marketing, and Administrative positions over the years and enjoys the more mundane tasks that don’t often appeal to others. She lives in the City of Muskegon with her two dogs, Ridley and Frankie. Rachel also enjoys the Muskegon Farmer’s Market, hiking, reading for pleasure, cooking, and trying new restaurants.
