Kim first started with Lakeshore Employee Benefits as an administrator for employer groups. She has since become a licensed agent as a Life, Accident and Health Registered Producer. Kim assists in the day-to-day management of group plans and creates custom benefits booklets for each client group.

Kim is a native of the Lakeshore, a graduate of Western Michigan University, a wife, and mother of 2 boys.
