Shannon founded Lakeshore Employee Benefits in 1998 after nearly 15 years in corporate America. He had a vision to offer more personalized service as an alternative to larger, impersonal agencies. Shannon is licensed in both Health and Life products, and holds a Chartered Benefits Consultant designation as well as Self-Funding and ACA credentials issues by the National Association of Health Underwriters.
